The Gyproc Glasroc® X External Wall System is a glass-faced gypsum board designed specifically for exterior building installations.

Materials

• Glasroc X Gypsum Board: A high-quality gypsum board that offers excellent impact resistance and UV protection, specifically designed for exterior installations.

   

• Screws
  Special screws designed specifically for lightweight wall installations.

   

• Weberseal PU: Suitable for sealing joints or gaps between the external wall structure and the main structure.

   

• Weberdry PU D Coat
  A single-component polyurethane and water-based acrylic waterproofing material, ready-to-use, solvent-free, non-toxic, highly flexible, UV-resistant, and color-fade resistant.

   

• Weberbase Ultra Joint
  Pre-mixed white acrylic used for smoothing and covering joints of precast walls, gypsum boards, and fiber cement boards to create a seamless surface for walls or ceilings.

   

• Weberbase Coat X: A high-quality base plaster designed for the Direct Render System. Reinforcement with 160g fiberglass mesh is recommended for added 

  
   

• Gyproc Fiberglass Mesh 160g: Enhances the strength of joints and the base coat layer on Glasroc X boards.

• Weberbase Skim Ultra Bond: A high-quality white acrylic skim coat for smooth wall surfaces, protecting exterior walls from environmental conditions.

   

• Gyproc Corner Mesh: PVC corner profiles with integrated mesh, providing reinforcement for both internal and external corners of exterior wall surfaces.

   

• Glasroc X Tape
  High-performance self-adhesive tape specifically designed for sealing joints of Glasroc X exterior walls. Can be plastered and painted over.

   

• PVC Edge Trim
  Protects the edges of Glasroc X boards that come into contact with the floor or other edges.
